Al Siraat proudly hosted a group of delegates as a part of the Australia-ASEAN Muslim Exchange Program, facilitated by Mr Rowan Gould on Wednesday, 18 September 2019.
The leaders arrived from various countries, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Phillipines.
During their visit the delegates had an opportunity to do a tour of the school including the TEAMS and primary buildings, the Musallah and Hifz buildings.
There was an opportunity for Ms Noori and our students Salah Elayoubi and Afeera Zaffar to do presentations for the delegates demonstrating the humanitarian and social justice related projects our school has been involved in recently.
The tour including an informal round table discussion with members of our leadership team.
We thank our Muslim brothers and sisters for visiting us here at the College. A special Thank You to Rowan and Brynna from the Australia-Indonesia Muslim Exchange Program for facilitating the ASEAN Muslim leaders visit and establishing these meaningful opportunities to engage with Muslim leaders from neighbouring countries.
