This week, our Student Representative Council (SRC) are celebrating Teachers Week. On Monday, 22 October 2018, Hanan Hirsi and Clarissa Aisha Indranada organised and conducted a short assembly to acknowledge home group teachers as part of Teachers’ Week celebration for the Secondary Girls.
They planned a short drama act with some of the Year 7 girls to entertain both students and their home group teachers.
Each SRC member presented a Teachers Social Title Certificate to their home group teacher. The certificate was designed and created by SRC member Khalid Hussain from Year 7B2. Our Secondary boys home group teachers will be acknowledged with certificates later in the week.
The entire SRC team have organised a formal Teachers Day event after school on Friday, 26 October 2018. We look forward to having all teachers recognised and celebrated on this Friday's official event.
