Due to popular demand, we are continuing the THT Workout sessions in term one and this time they are held ON CAMPUS. Please find the details below and remember that registration is a must.
FREE Ladies only tummy, hips & thighs workout sessions in circuit format, run by Rita from Eat. Sleep. Train.
Our Ladies THT worksout sessions will run every Monday in the Assembly Hall from 9.15am – 10.15am. Registration for the course is mandatory!

While we do allow small children to attend we encourage mums to bring along something to occupy them during the sessions. For safety reasons children must remain outside the training circuit at all times.
Bring a water bottle!
To accommodate religious observations we do not have any music at these workout sessions.
