Our Parent and Friends Community (PFC) launched our2021 annual Sisters Iftar in the evening of Friday, 23 April 2021. It was an amazing and fun filling night, alhamdulillah.
Everyone brought a plate to share along, and it was wonderful to see and taste so many flavours from many cultures. We began with an introduction by sister Farzana as our MC for the night, following the call of Azan and then the sunset prayer.
There were also a few stalls which made the night more engaging consisting of henna art, candles and Manchester sales.
On behalf of the PFC, I would like to thank the PFC community and volunteers once again for organising and helping launch such an incredible night. Also thanking the parents and children who filled the room with much love and laughter. May Allah allow us to continue these events in the future and engage as an Ummah to become steadfast in all our affairs.
