Our Student Representative Council (SRC) members had a wonderful visit to Epping Aged Care today as a part of mental health week celebration 2014. Our SRC members were warmly welcomed by all the staff and residents. They had a good conversation with all the residents and shared their experiences.
The residents and staff members were overwhelmed with the flowers, cards (made by Grade 3 students) and fruits provided on the behalf of our College. They all appreciated this kind gesture, fruits cut for them and conversations with our SRC members. Our SRC members are definitely keeping up with the slogan for this week: Connect, Celebrate and Grow – A very proud moment for the College!
Well done to our students. They were being complimented on their good manners again and again.
